Mercedes-Benz Brisbane is seeking a motivated Vans Sales Consultant to join our team at Eagle Farm.
In this role, you assist the retail and business customers find the right vehicle while driving new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales and supporting the growth of our commercial vehicle business.

Your responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed new and used Mercedes-Benz Vans sales targets
- Build lasting relationships with retail, business and fleet customers
- Generate new business opportunities and manage an active sales pipeline
- Guide customers from their initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery
- Provide tailored vehicle solutions to suit customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up leads promptly
- Work closely with finance and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
About you
- Experience in automotive or commercial vehicle sales
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation and customer service skills
- Confidence in building long-term customer relationships
- A proactive, professional and results-driven approach
- Fleet or business sales experience is highly regarded
- A current, valid driver’s licence
