The role
Brennan’s Cybersecurity Practice is continuing to grow, and we’re looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Product Manager to take ownership of our managed security services catalogue and help shape what comes next.

This isn’t a role where you simply maintain an existing portfolio. You will have the opportunity to own the roadmap, mature existing cybersecurity services, identify new market opportunities, and turn complex security challenges into commercially compelling solutions for customers.

You will play a key role in deciding which capabilities Brennan invests in, how existing services evolve, and how those services are positioned for customers.

The role can be based in any of our main office locations across Australia: VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, WA or ACT.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Own the cybersecurity product roadmap, ensuring our services remain relevant, competitive and aligned to customer needs.
  • Take complex cybersecurity challenges and turn them into scalable, market-ready service offerings.
  • Review and mature Brennan’s existing managed security portfolio across areas such as SIEM, endpoint protection, gateway security, vulnerability management, DLP, backup and storage.
  • Develop the commercial positioning behind services, including pricing and revenue considerations.
  • Engage directly with customers through workshops and conversations to understand their security challenges and translate feedback into the product roadmap.
  • Analyse the cybersecurity market, competitors and emerging opportunities to identify what Brennan should build next.
  • Work closely with Brennan’s Cybersecurity, Presales and broader Product Management teams to bring new and improved services to market.
  • Support service descriptions, statements of work and RFP responses, while ensuring services align with recognised frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and the Essential Eight/Essential Series.

Key skills and expeirence required to be successful:

  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity services and managed security market
  • Expert knowledge of technology areas including gateway protection, end-point protection, backup/storage, Data Loss Protection, Vulnerability Management, Security Information and Event Management
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to turn technical capability into compelling customer propositions
  • Experience owning or influencing product/service roadmaps
  • Experience developing service descriptions, SOWs and RFP responses
  • Knowledge of security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST and the Essential Eight/Essential Series
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • An AGSVA Security Clearance would be advantageous, but is not essential.

If you’re passionate about cybersecurity but also love the commercial, customer and product side of technology, we’d love to hear from you.

As part of our hiring process, you will be required to undertake a National Criminal History Check.
