The Opportunity
As our Food and Beverage Attendant, you will play an integral role in shaping our members and guests experience by creating an outstanding service experience. As the face of our business, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of our food and beverage outlets, including The Bistro, Bakehouse Café, Bulldogs Sports Bar, The Atrium Bar, our function and event spaces.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service by welcoming guests and ensuring a positive dining experience from arrival to departure.
- Actively promote menu items, daily specials, and beverage offerings through knowledgeable recommendations and effective upselling.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members and guests by consistently demonstrating professionalism and upholding Canterbury's values.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation across all dining and service areas while ensuring compliance with workplace health, safety, and hygiene requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to foster a positive, respectful, and high-performing team environment, contributing to the achievement of operational goals.
About You
- Demonstrates a high level of professionalism and personal presentation.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous club experience is preferred but not essential.
- Current NSW RSA and RCG Competency Cards.
- Full availability on Wednesdays, Thursdays and weekends.
