We are recruiting for a leading business within the boating and marine industry. This organisation has a strong presence across Australia and New Zealand and supplies a diverse range of marine products.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team in a Marketing Generalist support role. The team is looking for someone who is eager to learn, enthusiastic about marketing and enjoys working collaboratively in a team environment. The team is based in Murarrie, with onsite parking available.
Key Responsibilities
This is a varied marketing generalist role within the product marketing space. It is very much a support-based position, giving you the opportunity to work across multiple areas of marketing while learning from a supportive team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with social media and event coordination.
- Supporting product marketing activities.
- Creating and managing Google Forms.
- Maintaining, updating and cleaning spreadsheets.
- Assisting with the creation and management of workflow spreadsheets.
- Providing general administrative and marketing support across the team.
- Assisting with various marketing projects and tasks as required.
About You
The team is looking for a great communicator with a genuine willingness to learn. Attitude, enthusiasm and an interest in developing a career in marketing are key. The team is happy to help develop your skills and provide support in areas where you may not yet have experience.
Ideally, you will have:
- Strong communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic approach.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in marketing.
- Some formal marketing education, such as a Diploma or relevant qualification, or be currently studying.
- Basic Excel skills and confidence working with spreadsheets.
- Exposure to Adobe Creative Suite, Mailchimp, social media or HubSpot would be advantageous, but is not essential.
- A willingness to learn and get involved across a broad range of marketing and administrative tasks.

- $38 per hour + Super, Paid Weekly
- ASAP start
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm - Full time hours.
- Murarrie location with onsite parking available. This is a fully office-based role
