Electrical Project Engineer
- Support delivery of major renewable energy and power generation projects.
- Develop scopes of work, specifications and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to support the delivery of major renewable energy and power generation projects.
Working across design, procurement, construction and commissioning, you will play a key role in delivering safe, efficient and cost-effective electrical infrastructure solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop scopes of work, specifications and technical documentation.
- Review electrical designs, drawings and vendor documentation.
- Support procurement and technical tender evaluations.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors and suppliers.
- Support construction, commissioning and troubleshooting activities.
- Attend factory and site acceptance testing.
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety requirements.
About You
- Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering.
- 3+ years' experience in mining, power generation or energy projects.
- Strong knowledge of Australian electrical standards.
- Experience in project delivery from design through to commissioning.
- Utility-scale solar experience highly regarded.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
