Synergie Australia is proud to partner with a leading food wholesaling business based in Villawood, currently experiencing strong growth. We are seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse All-Rounders to join their supportive and fast-paced team.
This is an excellent opportunity to secure consistent day shift work with genuine potential to transition into a permanent role.
What you’ll be doing
- Predominantly RF picking in a freezer environment (approx. 95%)
- Occasional operation of counterbalance and high reach forklifts (approx. 5%)
- Operating a 3-tonne forklift, including stacking up to 4 pallets high
- RF scanning and accurate order picking
- Safe manual handling of stock (up to 15kg)
- Working efficiently in cold/freezer conditions
- Supporting general warehouse operations as required
- Maintaining a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and teamwork
What we’re looking for
- Minimum 6 months warehouse experience
- Previous freezer or cold storage experience highly regarded
- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence (essential)
- Confident operating counterbalance forklift
- Physically fit and able to comfortably lift up to 15kg
- Reliable transport to and from Villawood
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
