About the Role
We are seeking a customer-focused Accounts Receivable Officer to join a growing and dynamic team. This is a full-function Accounts Receivable position where you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end AR process while maintaining strong relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve customer account and billing enquiries
- Perform daily cash allocations and account reconciliations
- Monitor aged debtors and proactively follow up outstanding accounts
- Conduct collection activities while maintaining positive customer relationships
- Support daily banking and payment processing activities
- Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions
- Investigate and resolve account discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and efficient processes
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous Accounts Receivable, Credit Control or Collections experience
- Strong communication skills with confidence liaising with customers over the phone and via email
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- A positive, proactive and team-oriented attitude
