As part of this winning Common Law Division reporting to an industry-leading partner and being mentored by top senior lawyers+ supported by paralegals, you will love the autonomy+stimulation+rewards of obtaining justice for your plaintiff injured clients in respect of their public/occupiers liability, motor vehicle accidents, work injury damages and medical negligence claims.
You will have full carriage of your own files and have direct relationships with clients.

WHO YOU ARE
We are interested in hearing from you if you:
- are admitted as a solicitor in NSW+ have minimum 2+ years (or more) in plaintiff personal injury law with a reputable firm including in 2 or more of: 1) CTP (motor accidents), 2) public/occupiers liability; 3) work injury damages; 4) medical negligence;
- have strong knowledge of relevant legislation;
- have proven ability to have full carriage of your own files;
- have strong advocacy and drafting+ time prioritisation skills;
- thrive in a busy fast paced environment;
- are ambitious +hungry to advance your career with a leading firm long-term.
