Senior Civil Engineer - $170K+
A senior role for civil engineers who enjoy responsibility but are increasingly frustrated by bureaucracy, politics, or blurred accountability. This position is about doing good engineering again, without unnecessary friction.
The opportunity offers clarity of scope of work, and trust from leadership - allowing you to focus on delivery, mentoring, and client outcomes rather than internal noise.
• Lead land development design and delivery
• 12D, MUSIC, and drainage exposure within coordinated teams
• Mentor and guide project teams
• Direct interaction with developers and consultants
This role offers professional breathing room.
You’ll have backing from leadership, the authority to run work properly, and the confidence that your decisions are respected.
This is an ideal move for someone who wants to enjoy senior responsibility again.
