Seadan Balcatta is looking for an Inventory Coordinator to take ownership of stock, manage purchasing, and stay on top of the detail without slowing things down.
You’ll be confident making decisions and taking ownership, knowing your input can make a real difference to the success of the team.

What You’ll Do:
- Keep stock levels accurate
- Stay on top of aged and slow-moving stock
- Raise purchase orders and follow up with suppliers
- Track deliveries, chase ETAs, and resolve issues
- Work closely with the warehouse team on receiving, dispatch, and returns
- Support pricing, orders, and invoicing as needed
- Assist customers via phone, email, and at the counter
