Civil Plant Operators | Sunshine Coast

CELOTTI WORKFORCE is currently seeking experienced Civil Plant Operators to join our clients on a range of major civil infrastructure and earthworks projects across the Sunshine Coast . We have multiple positions available for skilled operators looking for consistent, ongoing work with reputable civil contractors.

These roles offer Monday to Friday work , with occasional Saturdays, 10–12 hour shifts , competitive hourly rates, and the opportunity to transition into long-term or permanent employment for reliable, safety-focused operators. Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking operators experienced (but not limited to) operating:

• Moxy's
• Compactors 
• Graders 
• Rollers
• Front end loaders
• HR Watercarts 

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 2 years experience working within a civil construction environment 
• Blue/White Construction card
• Current Drivers license and own reliable transport
• RII Machine Operating tickets
• Physically Fit 
• Hardworking, reliable, presentable and punctual

What We Can Offer: 

• Highly competitive pay rates | $44/hr - $50/hr + Penalties  (dependent on position, client and experience)
• Weekly Pay

• Monday to Friday, 10-12hr days

• Temp - Perm roles available
