With significant autonomy and visibility across the business, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior decisionmakers, contribute to operational improvements and help drive organisational effectiveness during an exciting period of growth.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will provide high-level executive support while ensuring the smooth coordination of key business activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinating meetings, agendas, board papers and follow-up actions.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage competing priorities and are known for your ability to anticipate needs before they arise.

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a senior executive or leadership team.

  • Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Experience managing senior stakeholder relationships.
