- Guide pet parents through care and claims with empathy and expertise
- Review vet notes and make confident, compassionate decisions
- Handle emails and calls with warmth—keeping tails wagging and things running smoothly
- Collaborate with fellow animal lovers in a supportive, fun team
- Enjoy a balanced Monday–Friday schedule (8:00am–5:00pm)—no weekends, no late nights!
