Boilermaker | $60.20/hr | Lifestyle Roster | Gladstone

Are you a Gladstone-based Boilermaker looking for a long-term local opportunity with a Lifestyle Roster?

We are seeking experienced Boilermakers for a 6-12 month contract supporting a major heavy industrial operation in the Gladstone region.

Your new role

Working within a fabrication workshop, you will support ongoing repair, rebuild and maintenance activities across heavy industrial plant and equipment.

Duties will include:

• Aluminium and structural steel welding
• Repair and rebuild of plant equipment
• Gas cutting and lancing
• General fabrication and workshop maintenance
• Working under established site safety and permit systems

You will work a dayshift-only Lifestyle Roster at $60.20 per hour flat rate.

This is a residential position and is suited to candidates based in Gladstone, Boyne Island, Tannum Sands, Calliope, Miriam Vale and surrounding areas.

What you'll need to succeed

You will require:

• Boilermaker trade qualification
• Construction White Card
• Heavy industrial, fabrication, maintenance or similar experience
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Strong commitment to working safely
• Ability to meet site medical and onboarding requirements

Experience with aluminium welding, structural steel, gas cutting or lancing will be highly regarded.

Current Confined Space and Working at Heights tickets are also highly regarded.

Additional tickets including Dogging, Rigging, Forklift and EWP will be advantageous.
