About the Opportunity

We're partnering with a well-established Australian fashion brand to find an experienced Marketing Manager. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving brand growth through compelling storytelling, integrated marketing campaigns and commercially focused execution.

Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead a small marketing team and work closely with Product, Retail and eCommerce to deliver best-in-class campaigns across digital and physical channels. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced fashion retail environment and enjoys balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES +

Go-to-Market Strategy & Campaign Delivery

  • Lead seasonal and monthly go-to-market planning across the business.
  • Develop integrated campaign calendars and launch plans.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, key milestones and cross-functional execution.
  • Ensure a consistent customer experience across retail, wholesale, eCommerce and digital channels.
  • Drive accountability across teams to ensure campaigns launch on time. Cross-Functional Leadership
  • Partner closely with Product, Buying, Retail, Creative, eCommerce and Leadership teams.
  • Lead regular work-in-progress meetings and campaign reviews.
  • Identify operational risks and proactively resolve roadblocks.
  • Foster a collaborative, commercially focused marketing culture. Brand & Campaign Management
  • Oversee the execution of seasonal campaigns, product launches, collaborations and brand initiatives.
  • Manage campaign workflows, approvals and creative asset delivery.
  • Develop and execute the brand's content strategy across organic social channels.
  • Brief creative teams on campaign direction, storytelling and channel-specific requirements.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across every customer touchpoint. Customer & Market Insights
  • Stay closely connected to product ranges, customer behaviour and retail performance.
  • Monitor emerging trends across fashion, culture, social media and consumer behaviour.
  • Apply customer insights to strengthen campaign performance and brand relevance.
  • Feed market insights back into broader business planning. Performance & Commercial Reporting
  • Analyse campaign, channel and marketing performance to identify opportunities for optimisation.
  • Report on campaign effectiveness, customer behaviour and key commercial insights.
  • Monitor social performance using engagement metrics such as reach, saves, watch time and conversions.
  • Support leadership with seasonal planning and commercial reviews. Events & Brand Activations
  • Plan and coordinate brand events, launches and community activations.
  • Ensure all activations align with seasonal campaigns and overall brand strategy.
  • Budget Management
  • Manage the marketing budget across multiple channels and initiatives.
  • Allocate spend effectively to maximise return on investment.
  • Deliver campaigns within budget while achieving commercial objectives.

REQUIREMENTS +

  • 5+ years' experience in Marketing, Brand Management or Campaign Management within the fashion, retail, lifestyle or consumer goods sectors.
  • Proven experience developing and delivering integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of retail trading cycles and seasonal go-to-market planning.
  • Experience across CRM, customer lifecycle marketing and eCommerce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
  • A commercial mindset supported by strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Previous experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
