We are seeking a highly motivated Catering Team Leader to ensure the efficient operations of the entire front of house Cafe & Restaurant operations of the Club, with particular emphasis on exceptional customer service, and consistency of staff’s duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Effective and efficient operation of Catering Areas
- Supervision and Training of Staff
- Communication and reccomendations to Management
- Maintaining hygiene and occupational health and safety requirements
- Customer relations with our loyal members and guests
Requirements:
- Self Motivated with previous supervision experience
- QLD RSA
- Positive written and oral communication skills
- Customer service focused
