About You
We're looking to speak with experienced Facility Managers who have:
- AHPRA Registration (Registered Nurse)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience leading a residential aged care home.
- A proven track record of delivering strong clinical, operational and financial outcomes.
- The ability to develop and mentor high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A passion for driving quality care, compliance and positive workplace culture.
