Specialist Developer ( PI System) New

Hybrid role for an established PI Expert 12 Month contract with attractive Daily rate!Large Scale Government project with strong extension

The role

A government client is implementing the AVEVA PI System as its operational data platform. The platform will support real-time monitoring, performance and compliance reporting, event management and analytics across its operational assets.
Responsibilities

• Design, configure and develop PI AF models and asset hierarchies
• Develop PI Analyses, calculations and Event Frame logic
• Design and develop PI Vision dashboards and displays
• Implement and support integrations with operational and enterprise systems
• Support testing, troubleshooting, commissioning and transition
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer

Skills and experience

• AVEVA (OSIsoft) PI: Data Archive, AF, Vision, Analyses, Event Frames, and Interfaces and Connectors
• SQL Server and Power BI
• Microsoft Fabric (desirable)
• IT and OT experience
• PI training and user support
• Data governance
• Strong stakeholder communication

Utility experience is highly regarded. PI experience from energy, mining or manufacturing will also be considered.

• 12-month contract, extensions to be confirmed
• Immediate start
• Hybrid: 3 days in office (inner Brisbane), 2 days remote
• Must live and work in Queensland
• A current, clear criminal history check and references are required before you start
