Job Title: Social Media Manager
Location: Molendinar, Gold Coast
We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead organic social media and content creation across multiple brands. This hands-on role is ideal for a creative and commercially minded marketer who understands how to build engagement, grow audiences, and support wider marketing objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow organic social media channels across key platforms.
- Create and publish engaging content, including photography, video, reels, and social posts.
- Monitor performance, analyse insights, and optimise content strategies.
- Support product launches, marketing campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
- Create EDMs and assist with website content updates.
- Work closely with the wider marketing team to deliver integrated campaigns.
Qualifications
- 3+ years' experience in social media, content, or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation, copywriting, photography, and video editing skills.
- Experience managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
- Understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement.
- Experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools is advantageous.
