As our Lead Educator, you'll mentor and support your team, create engaging learning experiences, work alongside an experienced Centre Director and Educational Leader, and help shape a positive centre culture. You’ll lead our Nursery Room.

Essential Requirements:
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised equivalent at Children’s Services Employee Level 4+)
OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience
Experience (within a long day care setting)
- Diploma holders: minimum 2 years' Lead Educator experience.
- Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching: 3–4 years' Educator experience or 2+ years' Lead Educator experience in Australian long day care.
- Experience leading a room in a long day care setting
- Confidence mentoring other educators
- Strong understanding of the NQF and EYLF
- Passion for creating engaging learning environments
Compliance Documentation
- Working with Children Check, mandatory
- National Child Safety Training (GECCKO)
- RRHAN Fundamentals & Masterclass (SA where applicable)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates
