With a large and geographically dispersed workforce, reliable collaboration technology is essential to day-to-day operations. As demand for modern meeting spaces and hybrid collaboration continues to grow, they are seeking an experienced Audio Visual Officer to help deliver high-quality AV services across their Canberra environment.
Your new roleAs an Audio Visual Officer, you will be responsible for supporting meeting rooms, collaboration technologies, and AV services across a busy enterprise environment. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders, troubleshoot issues, coordinate vendors, and ensure meetings and events run smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting meeting rooms and AV equipment across multiple sites.
- Providing onsite and remote support for meetings, presentations, and events.
- Troubleshooting AV, video conferencing, audio, and display issues.
- Managing and prioritising requests through ServiceNow and other support channels.
- Coordinating external vendors for specialised support requirements.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring a high standard of customer service.
- Supporting executive meetings and business-critical events.
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Experience providing audio visual or video conferencing support within a corporate or government environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across AV and collaboration technologies.
- Excellent customer service and stakeholder engagement skills.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working collaboratively within a support team.
- A current Australian Driver Licence.
- An active NV1 security clearance.
- Desirable experience includes exposure to Microsoft Teams Rooms, Crestron, Extron, Q-SYS, executive meeting support, hybrid events, or live streaming services.
