Your new company
Hays is partnering with a well-established healthcare services provider to recruit an experienced and people-focused Team Leader. The organisation is committed to high standards of patient care, customer service, quality and safety.
Your new role
As Team Leader, youll lead and support a professional team, bringing people together and creating a positive, accountable and collaborative working environment. Youll coordinate daily operations and service requirements, while setting clear expectations and helping your team perform at their best. Youll also support staff training, induction, competency assessments and ongoing development. Alongside your leadership responsibilities, youll maintain high standards across patient care, customer service, safety, quality and compliance. Youll respond to client queries professionally and contribute to ongoing service improvements.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, youll have:

  • Previous experience leading or supervising a team
  • Strong people leadership, coaching and performance management skills
  • The ability to build trust, promote accountability and create a respectful team culture
  • A genuine commitment to patient care and customer service
  • Strong organisation, problem-solving and time management skills
  • Knowledge of workplace health and safety, quality and compliance requirements
  • A current unrestricted Australian drivers licence, wwvp check and police check

Candidates with nursing qualifications will be viewed favourably.
