Our client, an established national business covering Greater Sydney and the South Coast, has earned a reputation for excellence in delivering landmark civil landscaping projects for Government and Tier 1 Contractors.

Within the bustling landscape industry, this organisation has assembled a strong team of over >20 professionals across multiple divisions, consistently delivering projects of the highest caliber.

Their specialty is the delivery of soft landscaping, hydromulching, and revegetation of major highways and rail infrastructure.

They are known for promoting staff internally, meaning all employees have the opportunity to advance their career further into management and office roles as they grow their presence in NSW.

The Opportunity

A chance awaits to step slowly into a role to showcase your skills within a high-performing landscape construction team in Sydney.

Collaborate closely with proven Foremen and Project Managers, overseeing your crew to meet deadlines and deliver projects to expected standards.

Your responsibilities will encompass a comprehensive array of landscaping tasks, along with supervisory duties.

The Role

• Read and interpret plans
• Manage a small crew
• Delegate duties
• Organise deliveries
• Hands-on landscaping
• Liaise with clients
• Work in with subcontractors
• Report into a Project Manager
• Assist with meeting deadlines

The Requirements

• Certificate III in Landscape Construction or Horticulture
• Machine Operating tickets and/or MR License
• Residential, commercial and/or civil landscaping experience considered
• Drivers License and willingness to travel
