Store Manager

Position Title: Store Manager

Employment Type: Full-Time

Hours: 38 hours per week

Salary: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

Location: Werribee, Victoria 3030

Our client Volcanos is looking for an experienced manager to run the day to day operations. The successful operator will be undertaking the following duties and tasks:

Tasks & Duties

·Analyse sales performance, customer preferences and trading patterns to determine the appropriate range of products, maintain suitable stock levels and establish consistent customer service standards.

·Manage purchasing requirements and supplier relationships, including negotiating prices and supply arrangements, while contributing to pricing decisions and marketing strategies to support profitability.

·Develop and coordinate promotional campaigns, special offers and advertising activities across in-store and digital channels to increase customer engagement, sales and awareness of the business.

·Oversee the sale and delivery of products and services to customers, ensure customers are appropriately assisted with their enquiries and options, and maintain a consistently high standard of customer service.

·Maintain and review accurate inventory, purchasing and sales records, oversee regular stocktakes, monitor point-of-sale transactions and investigate stock or financial discrepancies where required.

·Prepare and monitor operational budgets, track sales revenue and business expenditure, manage operating costs and report on financial performance to senior management.

·Manage staffing requirements, including recruitment, selection, induction, training and rostering, allocate duties and supervise employee performance to ensure efficient operations and appropriate service standards.

·Ensure the establishment operates in accordance with workplace health and safety requirements by implementing appropriate procedures, monitoring staff compliance and addressing identified workplace risks and hazards.

Requirements:

·A diploma and at least one year of work experience or

·3 years of work experience instead of a qualification

·Or combination of work experience and qualification
