Unison is expanding our presence in Myer nationally, and we are looking for an experienced Concession Manager to join our growing team.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
- Driving a customer-focused culture, creating memorable and personalised experiences with every interaction
- Leading, coaching, and developing your team through ongoing training, feedback, and collaboration
- Partnering with Brandbank and Myer leadership to build an effective and profitable concession
- Motivating the team to achieve sales targets, business objectives, and key performance indicators
- Maintaining exceptional store presentation standards through styling, visual merchandising, and product placement
- Driving operational excellence through effective roster management, stock management, and back-of-house administration
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Previous experience in a fashion retail leadership role, ideally within a concession or department store environment
- Experience supervising and developing a small team
- A supportive and inspiring leader who can motivate a team to achieve success
- Strong commercial acumen with experience driving sales, managing wage targets, and improving key performance indicators
- A passion for fashion, styling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Strong visual merchandising skills with an eye for detail and brand presentation
- Experience managing stock volumes and inventory processes
