Service Technician
We are currently seeking a Service Technician who will play a key role in maintaining, installing, and testing equipment, carrying out scheduled servicing, component installations and product upgrades to keep our Client's customers operating efficiently.
This role will see you troubleshooting issues, diagnosing faults, identifying practical solutions and providing exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders. Although this is a workshop based role, from time to time Site work may be required.
About You
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Welding Experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Competent in the use of maintenance and repair tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- A customer service mindset.
- Sound computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office.
- Valid Australian driver's licence.
- Police Check or the capacity to obtain
Desirable
- Experience and knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, or Mechanical fitting
- Forklift Ticket - current, inclusive of experience
