Their team works closely with families, educators, support workers, and Aboriginal community organisations to create inclusive environments and collaborative pathways. They value creativity, relationship-building, evidence-informed practice, and a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and cultural safety.

    • Developing therapy plans and supporting allied health assistants
    • Collaborating with schools, families, and support networks to embed communication goals
    • Conducting autism assessments (depending on experience)
    • Engaging in government-tendered projects and outreach initiatives

    Benefits:

    • Generous CPD allowance and regular supervision/mentoring
    • Structured support for new graduates (if applicable)
    • Flexible work arrangements (hybrid telehealth + in-person, work-from-home options)
    • Opportunities for leadership, project work, and government tenders
    • Travel allowances where applicable
    • Collaborative, neuro-affirming, culturally responsive practice framework
    • Sustainable workload model with approximately 5 billable hours/day, allowing time for documentation, PD, resource development, and team collaboration

    Requirements:

    • Qualification in Speech Pathology (SPA registration required)
    • 1–7+ years’ experience (paediatric experience preferred; adult AAC experience is a bonus)
    • Passionate about child-centered, neurodiversity-affirming, and inclusive practices
