Head of Quality | Quality Assurance Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Manager / Head of Quality for a growing pharmaceutical and food manufacturer based in South East Melbourne.
The successful applicant will have proven leadership skills, be accustomed to high pressure manufacturing environments and have experience conducting internal and external audits.

The role:
Oversee quality aspects and quality risk to ensure that the company operations and its quality management systems are in compliance with applicable regulated GMP and quality standard requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Science (Chemistry/Biological or equivalent)
- Familiar with ISO 9001:2001 and GMP
- Prior experience managing staff and the strategic direction of Quality across a manufacturing site in a pharmaceutical, cosmetic, food or related industry
- Experience conducting quality assessments and audits
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to liaise, foster and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers
- High attention to detail
- Process and problem-solving capability
