Light Vehicle Mechanic / Technician
- Perform general vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
- Conduct vehicle inspections, fault diagnosis and road testing.
EZ Auto Repair Pty Ltd – Take It to EZ! We are looking for an experienced, reliable and motivated Light Vehicle Mechanic / Technician to join our growing team in Southport, QLD.
Position: Full-Time (38 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
• Perform general vehicle servicing, maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Repair engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension and steering systems.
• Carry out timing belt, timing chain and cooling system repairs.
• Perform workshop-based and mobile mechanical repairs.
• Attend customer locations for mobile servicing, breakdowns and mechanical repairs.
• Conduct vehicle inspections, fault diagnosis and road testing.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
Requirements
• Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in automotive servicing and repairs.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Reliable, punctual and professional attitude.

Salary - $75,000 - $85,000 plus super
