The Position 

• Working in the Property Management team with a very well maintained and manageable portfolio based around Coogee, Fremantle, Yangebup & Applecross areas.
• Showing potential tenants through properties and processing lease applications
• No routines or PCR's (outsourced)
• Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm 

The Criteria  

• Previous experience with your own portfolio is essential
• Current PM Registration, drivers license and own vehicle.
• Attitude is everything, a real team player
• IT savy to navigate yourself around systems & streamline processes
