Your new role
As their Maintenance Officer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the community, ensuring facilities and grounds are maintained to a high standard. This is a hands-on role offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to build strong relationships with residents and staff. Your responsibilities will include the following:
- Carrying out general maintenance and repairs.
- Maintaining the appearance and safety of the community and surrounding grounds.
- Completing planned preventative maintenance and site inspections.
- Ensuring all facilities remain safe, compliant and welcoming for residents, visitors and staff.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Officer, Handyperson, Facilities or building maintenance role.
- Ability to maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.
- A proactive and hands-on approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work autonomously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
