Flagship Assistant Manager - Sydney CBD
- Support the Store Manager with daily store operations, stock management and presentation standards.
- Lead, coach and motivate the team while delivering excellent customer service and product knowledge.
- Drive sales performance and retail KPIs through hands-on floor leadership in a busy Sydney CBD store.
- $65K-$75K + Super (pro rata) | 35 hours per week
- One full weekend off every month + team bonus program

We're looking for an Assistant Store Manager who brings energy, commercial awareness and a genuine passion for customer experience. Working alongside the Store Manager, you'll play a key role in driving store performance, developing the team and delivering an exceptional shopping experience in a busy Sydney CBD location.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being on the shop floor and knows how to turn great customer interactions into sales.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You'll support the overall management of the store, taking ownership of daily operations, team performance and customer experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sales Performance: Driving sales and KPIs through strong floor leadership, leading by example and identifying opportunities to maximise results.
- Customer Experience: Delivering personalised service, sharing product knowledge and creating an engaging shopping experience.
- Team Leadership: Coaching, motivating and developing team members while supporting a positive and accountable team culture.
- Store Operations: Supporting daily store operations, presentation standards, rostering and company procedures.
- Stock Management: Overseeing deliveries, replenishment, transfers and stock accuracy, ensuring the back of house runs efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Previous retail leadership experience, ideally within footwear, fashion or a similar customer-focused environment.
- A strong sales focus with an understanding of retail KPIs and commercial performance.
- Confidence leading, coaching and motivating a team.
- A genuine passion for customer service, product knowledge and delivering a great experience.
- The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment.
- Strong organisational skills and an understanding of stock management and store operations.
- A hands-on, collaborative leadership style with the confidence to lead from the front.
