About the Role
You will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end payroll function, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
Key responsibilities:
- Process payroll accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update employee payroll records
- Manage payroll queries and resolve discrepancies
- Process timesheets, leave and adjustments
- Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and policies
- Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting
- Work closely with HR, Finance and other internal stakeholders
- Provide general payroll support as required
About You
We're looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience in a Payroll Officer or similar role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
