This is a great opportunity to join one of Australia’s largest and most recognisable organisations as it continues to evolve and transform, with a strong focus on building the capability needed for the future. Working as part of a high-calibre People & Culture team, you will contribute to work with genuine organisational impact.

Joining an OD Centre of Excellence, you will partner closely with the broader HR community and senior business stakeholders to design and deliver initiatives within one of three specialist streams: Talent, Leadership or Culture.

Your remit will include strengthening organisational capability through targeted programs, pathways and interventions that maximise performance, potential and engagement. Depending on your area of expertise, this could include talent identification, succession and career development programs, leadership development or culture initiatives designed to build capability and support business performance.

Importantly, we are looking for someone who brings deep expertise in at least one of the following areas: Talent, Leadership or Culture. You may be a specialist Talent practitioner, a Leadership Development expert or a Culture specialist, with the credibility and depth to bring contemporary thinking and strong subject matter expertise to the team.

You will be nimble, comfortable managing multiple initiatives at once and able to navigate complexity and operate effectively within a large organisation.

In turn, you will join an innovative and high-calibre P&C team, gain exposure across a broad and complex workforce and enjoy a career path that could develop in a number of directions over time.
