We're seeking caring, compassionate, and reliable Care Service Companions to join our team on a Casual basis. If you're passionate about supporting older residents and want to work in a modern, resident-focused aged care home, we'd love to hear from you.

Minchinbury Manor is a premium aged care residence located in Rooty Hill, NSW. Set amongst beautifully maintained gardens, our home offers a welcoming environment where residents receive high-quality care tailored to their individual needs.

About the Role
As a Care Service Companion, you will play an important role in enhancing the quality of life of our residents through person-centred care, meaningful engagement, and genuine companionship.
You will:
- Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities
- Support mobility, meals, hydration, and wellbeing
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families
- Encourage residents' independence, dignity, and choice
- Work closely with nurses and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and respectful environment
We have a variety of shifts available, including:
✅ Morning Shifts
✅ Afternoon Shifts
✅ Night Shifts
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing), Aged Care, or equivalent
- Full Australian working rights (No student visas or sponsorship available)
- Previous aged care experience preferred but not essential
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable attendance and flexibility across shifts
- Understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards
- A positive, team-focused attitude
- Values aligned with Empathy, Honesty, Respect, and Loyalty

Pre-Employment Requirements
Successful applicants will be required to provide:
- National Police Check
- Evidence of current influenza vaccination
- Evidence of COVID-19 vaccination (as required)
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical assessment.
