Lead clinical operations, staff, and governance for a 28-bed Aboriginal Elders residence. Oversee daily resident care, ensure accreditation readiness, and drive high-quality health outcomes.

Duties

  1. Lead clinical governance and oversee complex resident care plans
  2. Manage clinical incidents, risk assessments, and corrective actions
  3. Drive aged care accreditation, quality audits, and regulatory compliance
  4. Coach and manage nurses, care assistants, and ancillary staff
  5. Partner with leadership to deliver culturally appropriate care

Clinical Expertise. Positive Leadership. Genuine Connection

  1. Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
  2. Proven experience in senior residential aged care clinical leadership
  3. Deep knowledge of aged care quality standards and accreditation
  4. Experience working respectfully alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
  5. Strong risk management and clinical decision-making capabilities

Yura Yungi offers a competitive salary of $135,000 - $145,000, along with a range of benefits designed to support your move to and life in Halls Creek, including:

  1. Salary Packaging up to $30,000
  2. Two-bedroom Accommodation provided, suitable for the successful candidate and their family
  3. Relocation Assistance up to $4,000 to support your transition to Halls Creek
  4. $2,000 Annual Airfare Allowance
