Duties
- Lead clinical governance and oversee complex resident care plans
- Manage clinical incidents, risk assessments, and corrective actions
- Drive aged care accreditation, quality audits, and regulatory compliance
- Coach and manage nurses, care assistants, and ancillary staff
- Partner with leadership to deliver culturally appropriate care

- Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
- Proven experience in senior residential aged care clinical leadership
- Deep knowledge of aged care quality standards and accreditation
- Experience working respectfully alongside Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities
- Strong risk management and clinical decision-making capabilities
