- Qualified Electrician role with a focus on learning and development.
- Hands-on work including EV charger installations and commercial maintenance.
- Opportunity to work across South East Queensland with a supportive team.
- Are you a qualified Electrician who takes pride in doing things properly—even if you're still building experience? You care about precision, quality, and learning the right way, not just getting the job done.
- Do you learn quickly, own your mistakes, and actively want to get better every day? You're eager to be coached, take feedback on board, and turn lessons into progress.
- Are you the kind of person who shows up when it matters—taking responsibility and seeing things through? You don't hide behind excuses, and you back yourself to step up when needed.
If that sounds like you — we want to give you an opportunity at Terawatt.
About Terawatt At Terawatt, we're powering the future with precision, care, and innovation. From EV charging to Energy Integration, we deliver solutions that matter. Our Terawatt values aren't just words — they guide how we work every day: Integrity, mastery, teamwork, care, innovation, fun, and a growth mindset. We believe great people are built through the right environment, strong standards, and real support. About the Role We're continuing to grow our team on the Sunshine Coast and are offering an opportunity for a qualified electrician who may be earlier in their career but is motivated to learn and develop. Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience as a qualified electrician. This is a hands‑on role with real variety. You'll be supported to build capability across our four core service areas:
- EV Charger Installations — Businesses, Public infrastructure, Multi Residential & Homes
- Commercial Maintenance — From switchboards to complete building systems
- Energy Integration — Grid power, Generator & UPS backup systems, and smart energy technology
- Networks — Commercial data and network infrastructure for future‑ready connectivity
Your work will include site assessments, installations, commissioning, and support. While based on the Sunshine Coast, you'll also assist on projects across South East Queensland, so flexibility and professionalism are essential. You'll represent Terawatt on site — with support, guidance, and clear expectations around quality and conduct.
What We're Really Looking For Experience matters — but mindset matters more.
- Strong communicator — clear, respectful, and proactive
- Learner's mindset — asks questions, takes feedback, improves fast
- Problem‑aware — notices issues early and seeks solutions
- Team‑focused — works well with colleagues, subcontractors, and clients
- Accountable — owns outcomes and follows through

- WHS Industry White Card
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Experience or exposure to EV charger installations (formal or on‑the‑job)
- ACMA Registered Open Cabler's Licence (advantageous, not essential)
