The Role
As a key member of the underground production team, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating underground boggers while supporting development and production activities.
Your duties may include:
- Operating underground boggers safely and productively to site requirements
- Bogging development headings and loading stockpiles and haul trucks
- Road maintenance, sump bogging and spillage management
- Conducting detailed pre-start inspections and reporting defects
- Maintaining high safety standards in underground environments
- Working effectively with underground crews and supervisors
- Following site procedures, traffic management plans and operational requirements
- Contributing to safe and efficient production targets
What You'll Bring
To be successful, you will have:
- Previous underground bogger operating experience
- Experience operating Sandvik LH517i and Sandvik LH621i highly regarded
- RCT Remote Bogging experience preferred
- Exposure to underground development and/or production mining environments
- Current Australian Manual Driver's Licence
- Relevant VOCs, competencies and site tickets
- Full unrestricted Australian working rights
- National Police Clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Ability to pass a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug & Alcohol screening
