The Clinical Team Leader provides leadership and supervision to Clinicians providing clinical advice on treatment programs and life skills.
The CTL may exercise specific powers or functions as conferred by a declaration, appointment, or delegation under the Forensic Disability Act 2011. CTL's are required to maintain an appropriate level of general health and fitness in order to undertake their duties, with capability of performing all physical requirements of the position including actively engaging clients in sports and recreation activities and if required provide physical assistance and employing physical intervention.
CTL will work in collaboration together with Operational Staff to ensure that clients at FDS are progressing.
