Quarry Worker – Temp to Perm role

EIR Labour Hire are looking for an experienced Quarry Worker / Crushing Operator to join a small, hands-on mining operation in South Australia. This is a temp-to-perm role with a supportive team working on quarrying raw materials, crushing rubble, and producing high-quality products for roadworks and construction. If you’ve got crushing experience and enjoy working with machinery from start to finish, we want to hear from you!

What YOU get:
Pay: $36 – $40 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday (home on weekends)
Location: Dublin, SA (travel to other locations may be required)
Living Away From Home Allowance + Accommodation provided
Ongoing Temp to Perm position

What You’ll Be Doing:
Operate and assist with quarry and crushing plant activities (start-to-finish crushing experience essential)
Scrape rock off surfaces and load trucks
Process rubble for road base and construction material
Support general site operations, repairs, and machinery handling

To Be Considered, You’ll Need:
Previous quarry or crushing plant experience (essential)
Strong understanding of safety and quarry procedures
Reliable, physically fit, and team-oriented
Able to work away during the week and be home on weekends
Must pass a successful interview process
