Specialist Consultant - General Practice (GP) - 2500 per day
- Provide locum cover for General Practice in rural Queensland.
- Work Monday to Friday with on-call duties.
- Must have current AHPRA registration and FRACGP or equivalent.
Locum cover is required for:
- 14 - 28 December 2026
- 11 - 22 January 2027
Position Details:
- Shift times: 0800 - 1700
- Monday - Friday including weekends 80hrs fortnight
- On call 1:2 when 2 x doctors available, otherwise 1:1
- FRACGP or equivalent ED experience acceptable
- Rural Generalist preferred
Please note that all rates are inclusive of superannuation, taxes, and casual loading, where applicable.
Must have current AHPRA registration as a medical practitioner.

You will have the support of specialist services located at the nearest referring hospital. The medical superintendent is also the general practitioner for the town which allows for seamless services to patients.
