The team at Carejobz Perioperative Specialists are recruiting for a hospital in Hobart. We are looking for a Registered Nurse with anaesthetics/recovery and scrub/scout experience to join the theatre team.

The Role
Reporting to the Clinical Nurse Manager, you will work within the perioperative team across anaesthetics/recovery and scrub/scout duties, spanning a range of surgical specialties.
In this role, you will:
- Provide anaesthetics/recovery and scrub/scout support across a range of surgical specialties
- Prepare and maintain instrumentation and equipment for theatre lists
- Maintain the sterile field throughout procedures
- Support the surgical team through the full case
- Apply ACORN standards and NSQHS requirements throughout theatre practice
- Escalate patient safety concerns as they arise
What You Will Bring
- Current AHPRA registration/practising certificate as a Registered Nurse
- Demonstrated anaesthetics/recovery and/or scrub/scout experience in an operating theatre environment
- Strong knowledge of ACORN standards and NSQHS requirements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work within, and contribute positively to, a team
- Full Australian working rights required
