Job Description

• Plan, execute, and manage technology projects to meet objectives and deadlines.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress.
• Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Identify and manage risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Prepare and present regular project status updates and reports.
• Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Facilitate project meetings and manage documentation effectively.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Project Manager should have:

• Proven experience in managing technology projects within the public sector or similar industries.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Familiarity with compliance and governance requirements in the public sector.
• A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating project risks.
