Kitchen Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Supervisor for an afternoon to evening shift position in Dubbo. This role suits a hands-on leader who can support a busy kitchen, maintain high food standards, and keep the team running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Supervising and leading the kitchen team during shift
• Cooking and preparing meals during service
• Monitoring food quality, presentation, and portion control
• Ensuring hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards are followed
• Allocating tasks and supporting staff during peak periods
• Completing end of shift cleaning and stock checks
• Assisting with training and onboarding of kitchen staff
What We’re Looking For
• Previous experience as a Cook, Chef, or Kitchen Supervisor
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Reliable and able to commit to afternoon/evening shift hours
