Personal Support Worker
- Provide residents with personal, emotional and social care that supports dignity, independence and wellbeing.
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, monitoring changes and maintaining care documentation.
- Work collaboratively with nurses and the care team; a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent is required.
💰 $36.23 p/h + Super + Shift Penalties (where applicable)
- Monday to Friday – AM shift, 7:00am–3:00pm Maternity Leave cover.
- Monday to Wednesday – AM shift, 7:00am–3:00pm Maternity leave cover.

About the Role
As a Personal Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Supporting mobility and safe transfers
- Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
- Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
- Maintaining accurate documentation
- Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Passion for aged care and helping others
- Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
- Great communication skills and a positive attitude
