What You'll Be Responsible For
- Leading all turf, sports field and horticultural operations across the site
- Coaching, mentoring and developing a high-performing team
- Fostering a positive culture centred on teamwork, safety and accountability
- Building strong relationships with key client stakeholders
- Developing and implementing site-specific maintenance and improvement programs
- Forecasting labour, materials and operational requirements within budget
- Ensuring exceptional presentation standards are consistently achieved
