Temporary Customer Service Officer

Are you a friendly, confident people-person who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service? We are seeking a Temporary Customer Service Officer to join a busy and supportive team through to Christmas Eve, with the opportunity to remain in the role in a permanent capacity. 

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, visitors and enquiries
• Provide outstanding customer service in a professional and friendly manner
• Build rapport quickly and confidently with a wide range of people
• Assist with administrative and customer support tasks
• Maintain accurate records and utilise internal systems

About You

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Friendly, personable and professional approach
• Confident engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone
• IT proficiency and ability to learn new systems
• Reliable and committed to completing the full assignment

Assignment Details

• Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Commencing Monday, 2 November
• Induction/handover required this Thursday and/or Friday
• Assignment running through to Christmas Eve
