Job duties include:

• Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently - this could involve use of different systems and manual operations
• Managing customer inquiries via phone and email
• Liaison with sales, production, warehouse and transport teams to see orders through to completion
• Preparing invoices and credit notes
• Generating daily reports and maintaining customer records
• Extensive use of Excel spreadsheets to coordinate tasks
• General admin support and a flexible approach to work job duties - if the job is there it needs to be done

You will need:

• To have good strong customer service skills and an attitude that promotes getting the job done calmly and efficiently
• Ideally a manufacturing background
• Aptitude to cope with different systems and manual operations
• Good strong excel skills
• Attention to detail and a real can-do attitude
• An ability to lead the team at times though this is certainly a hands-on role
• The skill to juggle multiple tasks at once and remain focused
• Someone who brings a smile to work every day - a great team player
