We are currently seeking an experienced Practice Manager to join a well-established and busy medical practice located in Kidman Park, South Australia. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organised professional to lead a supportive team in a collaborative healthcare environment.

As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent patient service, and smooth coordination between clinical and administrative teams.

• Manage the daily operations of the medical practice

• Lead, supervise, and support administrative and nursing staff

• Coordinate staff rostering, recruitment, and training

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and practice policies

• Manage billing processes, Medicare claims, and financial administration

• Maintain a high standard of patient care and service delivery

• Work closely with doctors to support practice growth and efficiency

• Previous experience as a Practice Manager in a medical or healthcare setting (essential)

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Experience with medical practice software and billing systems

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinic environment

• Knowledge of Medicare billing and healthcare compliance is highly regarded
