From supporting sales and creating eye-catching merchandise displays to building great relationships with customers and suppliers, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and driving our success.

About the role:
This is a dynamic position that combines customer service, inventory management, merchandising, and product support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys variety and working across multiple areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities-
Managing and maintaining supplier return processes across Western Australia and South Australia
Investigating and processing over-supplied and under-supplied product claims
Assessing and coordinating warranty claims with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Performing basic product repairs where required
Merchandising products and creating engaging in-store displays
Delivering product training and support to team members
Coordinating stock retrieval and movement to support operational requirements
Skills & Experience you need to have:
Ideally you will have experience in the motorcycle aftermarket industries. (preferred)
Your passion for great customer service and sales will be complimented by strong communication skills and a great team-focused attitude!
